Welcome to Fairfield IT Consulting (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our IT consulting services, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

We provide a range of IT services, including but not limited to: infrastructure design, network services, servers, virtualization, cloud solutions, technical support, project management, cabling, and cyber security. Details of the services to be provided will be outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work (SOW).

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide timely access to systems, personnel, and resources required for service delivery.

Maintain valid licenses for all software and systems involved.

Ensure appropriate data backups unless explicitly included in our services.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to technology use.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be detailed in your client agreement or SOW. Payments are due within the terms specified in the invoice (typically net 30 days), unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the course of services. We will not disclose client data to third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairfield IT Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including data loss or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice under the terms defined in the service agreement. Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the respective state(s). Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts located within the relevant state(s) where jurisdiction is appropriate.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
